The experience from working in four countries, including research institutions, established contractors and a startup, has helped me to acquire expertise on a wide range of subjects and at various stages of industry development.

I have a special love for asphalt recycling and other sustainable asphalt technologies.

I speak fluent English, Russian, Latvian, and a little German.
